Sarah Blackwell is a Panel Survey Methodologist in the Center for Health and Environmental Data at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). In this role, Sarah conducts operations for the eFollow-Up survey to the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System and is currently developing Health eMoms, an online panel surveillance system of new mothers that will incorporate novel modes of longitudinal data collection during the postpartum and early childhood periods. Before joining CDPHE, Sarah spent four years with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services as an MCH Epidemiologist, the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System Project Director, and a CDC/CSTE Applied Epidemiology Fellow. Sarah received her MPH in epidemiology from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in 2012 and her BA in Anthropology from Tulane University School of Liberal Arts in 2009.
