Mobile homes are an important and effective way to meet Colorado's affordable housing needs. In fact, mobile homes are one of the only forms of unsubsidized affordable housing remaining in Colorado, and more than 100,000  Coloradans live in manufactured homes. To ensure that mobile homes remain a viable source of affordable housing in Colorado, local and state legislation must be improved to protect resident rights and build power through community organizing.
