This session will highlight two critical components for improving student and school health: data and partnership. Presenters will provide examples of how HKCS and Smart Source have been used to improve health outcomes for young people. Additionally, presenters will share examples of rural school and community collaborations that have positively impacted planning efforts. Lastly, attendees will have the opportunity to explore ways to develop interdisciplinary connections for achieving shared goals.
