Behavioral health (including mental health and substance use) has been identified by almost every local public health agency (LPHA) as a top public health issue. LPHAs leverage the Colorado Public Health Act requirement to carry out cyclical community health assessments and public health improvement plans to prioritize and address their communities’ greatest health needs. Come explore how LPHAs and their community partners are addressing behavioral health in our communities across the state.
