ELPASO (Engaged Latino Parents Advancing Student Outcomes) is a movement creating a critical mass of Latino parents who are well-informed & skilled at helping their children enter school ready. Through ELPASO, VOZ is a program for parents with the goal of community organizing & using their leadership skills for the betterment of Boulder County. This program focuses on leadership within the community & familial wellbeing to create social change.
