As organizations seek to build a culture of continuous improvement, developing skills that move staff beyond a mere understanding of tools, to an application of principles, is critical. The purpose of this session is to empower staff at all levels to coach individuals and teams through improvement processes. Participants will receive an introduction to coaching, review and practice using a five step coaching model, and discuss how to coach difficult behaviors.
