Across Colorado, cities are facing a profound and growing challenge of people experiencing homelessness struggling to survive in public places as cities mobilize police resources to enforce "anti-homeless" laws. This community-based participatory research project, in partnership with Denver Homeless Out Loud (DHOL) and the Right to Survive Ballot Initiative, sought to understand the public health implications of these laws through a survey and qualitative interviews.
