Staff members at Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment (PDPHE) reviewed the literature, interviewed experts, and surveyed families with Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSCHN) and community partners to determine whether telemedicine is an acceptable option in Pueblo County.Telemedicine is more highly accepted in Pueblo County. Families of CYSCHN noted a 50% likelihood of using telemedicine and 80% of community partners said that they would refer to specialty telemedicine clinics.
