Every five years, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is charged with setting priorities and developing an innovative, inclusive improvement plan. A diverse, multi-sectoral advisory council guided a process to tell the story of health and environment in Colorado. During this panel discussion, participants will learn about the process of engaging community members and cross-sector professionals, addressing intersectionality between identified themes, and prioritizing topics that lead to the 2020-2025 Public Health Improvement Plan.
