Fighting Stress on the Frontlines: Services, Adaptations, and Techniques to Address Hispanic/Latino Stress in Home Visiting

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

With nearly two-thirds of MIECHV families self-identifying as Hispanic/Latino, The Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program seeks to address this unique group's challenges in a culturally responsive manner. An evaluation was conducted to identify the level and areas of stress Hispanic/Latino(a) clients experience while receiving home visiting services. This presentation will provide an overview of the evaluation, with an emphasis on services, adaptations, and techniques home visitors use to address Hispanic/Latino(a) clients' needs.
