This session uses data from a 20-year longitudinal survey of communities to examine the implementation and impact of multi-sector alliances in public health in Colorado and across the U.S.  We identify organizational and community characteristics that predict gains and losses in alliance strength over time; and estimate the long-term health and economic effects of alliances.
