Denver Department of Public Health & Environment has implemented a culture of quality improvement and innovation and has adopted LEAN methodologies to enhance the efficiency of its existing processes and improve the quality of services to its customers. In alignment with its Strategic Plan and in collaboration with the Denver Peak Academy, DDPHE has achieved over $2 million in savings in 2018 through process improvements.
