Partnering with health care systems can be an effective way to provide prevention services to large parts of the community.  However, health care systems have many competing demands and are largely paid for specific clinical services.  Therefore, there are substantial challenges in working with health care systems on prevention. Participants in the session will be able to identify strategies to build effective collaboration between public health and health care systems.
