In 2015, 41% of eligible participants in Colorado were enrolled in WIC, making Colorado’s participation the 49th lowest in the nation.  The Colorado State WIC office collaborated with the Colorado Health Foundation to develop WIC Innovation Grants focused on increasing WIC enrollment.  Thirteen local agencies were awarded grants and utilized a learning community to share ideas and resources.  This panel will provide an overview of local agencies projects as well as initial data and results.
