Emma Sickles graduated from Colorado State University in the spring of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She completed her dietetic internship with the Tri-County Health Department (TCHD) in June of 2019. Currently, she is working with TCHD WIC as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). She is passionate about health equity and food access. It is her goal to use nutrition as a tool to empower individuals and communities to accomplish their most important goals and achieve optimal states of mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
